Tried by fire, Charles served as the Examiner-In-Charge of multiple banks in Louisiana that were under various regulatory enforcement actions. Charles reviewed countless distressed loans in his career as a bank examiner and studied financial restructuring and reorganizations at various banks through this experience. Through his experience as a bank examiner, Charles also knows the various ways that projects can be financed and structured to achieve user aims and goals. Charles also notably served on the Transition Team on Fiscal Matters for Governor-Elect John Bel Edwards – the only bank examiner named to the Transition Team – wherein various financial structuring proposals were put forward for the state budget crisis. Notably, as the Chief Restructuring Officer of a Louisiana company working in conjunction with bankruptcy attorneys, Charles achieved a 58+ % writedown of corporate debt, without any of the personal guarantees to the debt by the business owners in their individual capacity being invoked in under six months.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Kevin has deep roots in the Louisiana community, while expanding his area into the surrounding states over the years.  Kevin spent his first seven years after college in the REO and asset management business.  While there, he worked his way up to General Manager and then expanded the company into one of the largest in Louisiana.  After much success, Kevin decided to get his real estate license to expand his knowledge of the market as a whole.  In his near decade of experience in real estate, he has closed countless commercial real estate transactions.  Prior to receiving his broker’s license, Kevin was one of the top producers in Louisiana, while breaking into the top 1.5% of real estate agents in the country by sales volume in 2019.  Kevin prides himself on exceptional customer service, building long-lasting relationships, and his knowledge of the real estate industry.

A proven leader, Stan served as the Chief Executive Officer of 3 banks over 32 years, in good times and bad times. Testifying to the strength of his character in the Louisiana banking community, Governor John Bel Edwards appointed Stan to be the Commissioner of the Office of Financial Institutions in February 2021 where he served as Louisiana’s chief banking and securities regulator until he retired from the position at the end of January 2023. In his over 50+ year career as a banker, and as Louisiana’s chief banking regulator over state chartered banks, Stan has seen just about every way under the sun that an organization can be restructured to return to achieving its goals, and when necessary, reorganized through the bankruptcy process. Stan has also served as the President of Hammond-Tangipahoa Mortgage Authority, and is a Past President and Board Member of the Hammond Downtown Development District and the Tangipahoa Parish Tourist Commission. Stan is most proud of his service in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, serving one combat tour of duty with 9^th Infantry Division.
